Our Workflow
Booking exceptional talent should be seamless, professional, and tailored to your event’s unique needs. At Connect Entertainment, we follow a structured yet flexible workflow to ensure every performance is perfectly planned and executed — from inquiry to encore
Inquiry & Initial Consultation
- Client reaches out via email, phone, or website contact form
- Gather event details: date, location, type, audience, and preferred talent
- Schedule a consultation call or meeting (online or in-person)
Proposal & Talent Recommendations
- Curate a list of recommended talents based on the event vision and budget
- Share a customized proposal with talent profiles, media (photos/videos), and rate cards
- Answer client questions and provide options for revisions or add-ons
Confirmation & Booking
- Client selects preferred talent(s)
- Issue a booking agreement/contract outlining services, fees, schedules, and terms
- Collect a reservation deposit to secure the booking
Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate technical riders, setlists, costuming, and special requests
- Schedule rehearsals or walkthroughs (if required)
- Liaise with event planner or venue for logistics (soundcheck, call time, etc.)
Event Day Execution
- Talent arrives and is managed by on-site coordinator
- Performance delivered as per agreed scope
- Real-time adjustments handled smoothly to ensure a seamless experience
